Overview: We are seeking an Order Management Specialist responsible for overseeing the order fulfilment process from receipt to delivery. This role ensures that customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Manage customer orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- System Management: Utilize SAP B1 modules (like SO, PO, Packing Slip GR, A/P, A/R Invoices) for order entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordination: Work with stakeholders & teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries. Provide updates on order status, international shipping, and delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or cancellations. Work with logistics and supply chain teams to expedite solutions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze order data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve processes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA): Allows organizations to monitor and control costs incurred by different vendors & buyers. Facilitates budgeting, planning, and variance analysis
- Training and Support: Provide support and training to end-users on order management processes and SAP functionalities.
Required Skills:
- SAP Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and related functionalities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal teams and customers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot order issues and implement solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy in order entry and processing.

Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Business, Engineering, Supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in SAP in order management or a similar role, preferably in an SAP environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
